Tonight I was going to make the baked chowder "modern casserole" that was in this month's Real Simple, but reading through the recipe, I realized that the baking part was just to cook the fish. Now why would I want to dirty another pan just to bake some fish? So I just put the fish in the pot and made chowder the old fashioned way. And my kids gobbled it up...I think the oyster crackers were a big hit, too. My serving was made zingier by the addition of a hefty couple shakes of Ms. G's Tabasco-esque Cajun Seafood Sauce.

I returned just to let you know that when I put the url into Firefox it looks perfect, but with Explorer, it still is a in the left sidebar. I want to help :)
