Vegan Chickpea, Carrot, and Potato Burrito Filling
A saute of chickpeas, carrots, diced white potatoes, and sliced Field Roast artisan vegan potato-apple sausage will be tucked into warm tortillas, topped with salsa verde, and devoured. Wish you could smell my house right now!

Any other ingredients in the saute, or does the sausage alone flavor it?
Oh--and--yum!

There are onions, garlic, cumin, and cayenne sauteed in olive oil. A few chopped oil-packed sundried tomatoes. Heavenly!
Green olives would also be good in this, I think!

Everything you make sounds and looks good. I've successfully made several of your recipes and loved them. And I'm all over vegetarian meals.
But faux meat? How was it?

I don't think I could get away with fake meat in this house - but I'm definitely trying this with pork sausage!
(I know you are being all virtuous and vegan and everything. But my husband is from Wisconsin.)
